Orkney

No the cat is not dead just enjoying the sun that doesn't shine warm much in Scotland

The Italian Chapel. Orkney
Built by the prisoners of war from 2 Nissan hut and a lot of inspiration

Day out on Orkney.
From very very old Skara Brae and the standing Stones.
For those who know I could not go through, and I still haven't found him.
The war history of this place is amazing .You really find out how far spread the W.W.1 spread through out
Great Britain and into these islands.
I will get better at posting things I promise still haven't quite worked out how to drive the blogging caper

  3. Lovely photos and great memories for us. We camped at Skara Brae on 1981 and built our own cairn which I am sure was removed years ago. I loved the Viking loos.
